Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
